Detto and I took a tour of the Punchbowl Crater Cemetery.
This is the view as you are leaving the cemetery. You can barely see the ocean in between the buildings.
These trees with the HUGE seed pods captured my attention. After many failed attempts, I finally got a sort of clear picture of one.
This is a very small island. I was amazed that we could see Diamond Head from so far away.
No "Vog" today.
We were told that Vog is what the locals call the fog/volcano smoke combo that limits visibility on the island!

I was amazed that Princess House arranged for authentic dancers to perform live for us!
I was so neat to see them doing their traditional dances and hearing the men play and sing their songs.
The inside singers were really good too! They played their instruments really well and they all had great voices.
It was fun watching the entertainment!
They had this authentic cake.It was very different than our cakes. There was a lot of coconut in it.

After a fun day in the sun we were ready for our Hawaiian Luau!!
t reminded me of Elvis's Blue Hawaii!
I could not believe our view!
It wasn't great, but it was probably because I'm not used to it.
The authentic hula was really cool!
I will post more pictures of the Hula dancers!

The fish really were amazing swimming around the coral.
There were a bunch of these, they were just hard to photograph because they were so fast!
In the upper right corner is actually a fish.It looked like a stick or piece of grass floating in the water until he started swimming.
This shows what kept happening as the tides changed. We would be swimming along and then the tide would drop and we would be skimming the coral.
It was very stressful in some spots!
This snorkeling trip was one of my favorite parts of our trip to Hawaii.
I was amazed at all of the different fish that we saw.
They were so beautiful and it was cool seeing them in their natural habitat.
We are so blessed to have had the opportunity to have experienced this.
