He's Gone again...

Detto is officially gone again. He shipped out Friday at 4am! I hate mornings and this one was particuarly bad! Oh well! I think the weekend went pretty good.... I was sick and spent most of it in bed! But, I feel somewhat better now!

Stephen and I were talking about Dad being gone yesterday and he said that it feels different this time. It feels ok, "Like Dad is just at work and he will be home soon!" I liked that. I am going to hold onto that.

Before Detto left we went out to eat! It was GREAT! Thanks to everyone who came!

I love all of the food! I realized that I took ALOT of food pics!

Wordless Wednesday! Sea World with the FAMILY!

Friday Night DATE Night!

Detto and I went on one last BIG DATE NIGHT on Friday!!

For those of you who don't know yet, my hubby is deploying. Right now he is doing all of his pre-deployment training. Of course the Army doesnt let him do any of that in FL.... He has to fly all over the US!

Anyways.. We went out to The Melting Pot in Longwood.

It was so nice and ROMANTIC!! I signed up for Club Fondue and got a FREE CHOCOLATE DESERT!! Yummy!

The server was WONDERFUL and the food was DELICIOUS!!

We had a 4 course meal!

1st Course: Cheese Fondue
Each cheese fondue includes fresh breads, vegetables and apples for dipping.

2nd course was a salad:  

California Salad
Mixed-baby-salad greens, Roma tomatoes, walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese with Raspberry Black Walnut Vinaigrette.

3rd Course:

Pacific Rim
Teriyaki-marinated sirloin, white shrimp, citrus-marinated pork tenderloin, breast of duck, breast of chicken and potstickers

4th course was DESERT:

Cookies 'n Cream Marshmallow Dream
Dark chocolate topped with marshmallow cream, flambéed, swirled together and garnished with crushed Oreo® cookies

Dippers...
Fresh strawberries, bananas, cheesecake, Rice Krispies Treats®, marshmallows, pound cake and brownies

It was a Perfect evening... they even brought us a chamagne toast!
